Teenagers and students have a challenging time. They are changing rapidly, under pressure academically and adjusting to new roles and responsibilities. Education is generally concerned with pressures of academic achievement, social acceptance and the development of logical and analytical thinking. With a wealth of experience in pastoral support and career guidance we know our products can de-stress and motivate young people to value their potential and develop self-reliance. Our coaching with teens can focus on learning and study or on confidence and people skills.

Creating confidence, competence and curiosity. For Business : Bringing colour, fun and personal power to the client. Our solutions de-stress, empower and add value. Unlike traditional training, our learning and development is for keeps. It is based on a vast professional experience working with individuals in learning and development to ‘inspire’ rather than ‘train’. For Education : Feedback from young professionals on our courses has frequently stated that they have come across mind mapping and thinking tools in school but the power and potential was never conveyed or demonstrated fully and, consequently, never fully realised to their advantage. We use these tools every day in every way and are passionate advocates of the benefits and opportunities for our delegates. Our learning and development is about deep, meaningful learning and transformational change. Experience suggests teachers need to experiment and learn collaboratively if the tools are to be transferred successfully to the classroom. For Families and Individuals : We have previously run courses for kids and teens and many parents have attended work-based courses. We now offer family courses for parents and kids. We also offer options for students in senior school or university level. Feedback from undergraduates in the past has been tremendous and they, like us, think it should be available to all.
