Cath has been involved in coaching in various forms and contexts for 30 years
during which time she has challenged the beliefs and mindsets of young and old
to create change, confidence and personal growth.
Coaching
is solution-focused for individuals or small groups. We can work over a wide
spectrum including motivation, confidence, thinking power and creativity. We
value and respect the uniqueness of individuals and promote self-awareness and
inner confidence.
We
use a range of personal development and thinking tools to change perception and
create new possibilities.
We
know the importance of building trusting relationships to really
facilitate growth and empower individuals. Our coaching is about discovering
